Padlocks date back to the Roman Era (500 BC - 300 AD) and have gone through many changes over the years.  In this 5-Day workshop you will learn to construct a working padlock with key that is both decorative and functional.  Use it to secure a chain or add it to a book cover, handbag or ????

If you like mechanisms, hinges and catches you'll enjoy this workshop that is sure to be challenging and fun.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the workshop contact as soon as possible.  A cancellation fee of 20% of the workshop tuition will be charged on cancellations received more than 28 days before the start of the workshop.  Cancellations received less than 28 days but more than 7 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund; cancellations received 7 days or less before the start of the workshop will receive no refund.  If your seat in the workshop can be filled, only the cancellation fee (20%) will apply.
